Recovering files that are shortcuts

SHORTCUT VIRUS.

We face a moment when all your files on your USB have been turned into shortcuts.
when this happens, just don't pannick, don't format the flash. just follow these steps.

1. Go to your control pannel and look for folder view options.
2. ON the view tab, scroll down to show hidden files and enable it.

3. Open your USB stick, delete all the shortuts. You should be able to see the hidden files.
4. Right click on the hidden files and click properties, unckeck the hidden option.

and you will have your files.... Enjoy
